During off hours, our answering service will take your initial call and will in turn immediately contact the on call service team who will then return your call. Our service representative will discuss in detail your needs and then respond in an appropriate manner with service personnel and equipment. This service is available 24 hours a day 365 days per year. High-voltage cable restoration, transformers, high-voltage switches, and emergency pole restoration are a daily occurrence here at Carr & Duff, Inc.
